Choosing purpose over profession, Dr. Nwani founded Meadow Hall Group in 2002, a testament to her belief that education is the cornerstone of societal development. To ensure her vision was grounded in expertise, she pursued rigorous academic training, culminating in advanced degrees in education and ongoing doctoral studies. This commitment to lifelong learning mirrors the transformational leaders’ dedication to continuous growth.

To ensure her expertise, Dr. Nwani obtained a Montessori diploma, a PGCEi, a Master’s in Education from the University of Nottingham, and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Leicester. She is also a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker, specializing in leadership, entrepreneurship, personal effectiveness, teacher professional development, and 21st-century learning.

Her leadership extends far beyond the walls of Meadow Hall. As Co-Founder/CEO of AFRITEACH, Founder/CEO of Mead Consulting Services, and Executive Director of TTN, she is actively building a network of empowered educators across Africa. Through these ventures, she is not just delivering services, but cultivating a movement.

Dr. Nwani’s impact is evident in the growth of Meadow Hall, which now serves approximately 1,400 students across multiple campuses. Mead Consulting has trained over 3,400 education stakeholders, and her franchise model has expanded educational opportunities for investors.

Dr. Nwani’s transformational approach is evident in her commitment to empowering others. Through Meadow Hall Foundation, she has directly impacted the lives of countless children through scholarships and school adoption programs. Her dedication to teacher professional development, offering free training and funding the GTTP, is creating a ripple effect of improved education quality.
