As the Founder & CEO of Meadow Hall Group, she has led its growth from a small summer school with 24 children in 2002 into a thriving educational conglomerate comprising several subsidiaries, including Lagos Preparatory and Secondary School, a private College of Education, and an Edutainment Company amongst others. Under her leadership, a single enterprise has blossomed into a thriving group of companies, achieving a remarkable 2000% increase in revenue and expanding the staff strength to over 500, enduring for over two decades. Her commitment to quality education also led to the creation of Meadow Hall Foundation, which supports public schools and educators through various initiatives. She has demonstrated exceptional acumen in growing businesses and developing leaders. As the Visionary Leader and CEO of Lagos Preparatory and Secondary School, an established institution she strategically acquired and repositioned, she provides clarity of direction, governance strength, and long-term sustainability.

While retaining ultimate leadership and stewardship responsibility for these institutions, Dr. Nwani is today less involved in day-to-day operations, having intentionally built leadership teams, systems, and succession pathways that enable operational leaders to thrive. This transition allows her to focus more deeply on mission-driven leadership formation, education reform, and human capital development.

Dr. Nwani is the Managing Director and CEO of Mead Consulting Services, where she works with founders, boards, school owners, high-net-worth individuals, and senior leaders on strategic planning, leadership development, governance, organizational transformation, and succession planning.

Her primary current focus is the building of non-profit and capacity-building movements across Africa through initiatives such as The Becoming Network (TBN), A Beautiful Life (ABL), AFRITEACH, and the Transformational Teachers Network (TTN).

To ensure her vision is rooted in both experience and expertise, Dr. Nwani has pursued rigorous academic and professional training. Her academic credentials include a Doctorate from the University of Leicester and a Master’s degree from the University of Nottingham. She is also a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker, with a focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, personal effectiveness, school transformation, and 21st-century learning. She has further honed her expertise through professional certifications in Leadership from Stanford University, as well as in Entrepreneurship from the Harvard Business School.
